3. Orders & Payments

  • Custom orders may require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Large orders over $100 will be invoiced and payment will be required in full before work will begin printing.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of 3D prints, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving an item to request a resolution.
