MakeGood.

Hello everyone! It’s been a busy few weeks for us here at Cooley & Co., filled with both unexpected challenges and some incredible highlights.

We’ve been loving our time as vendors at the Concert in the Park series in Crozet, a community that always makes us feel so welcome. That said, it hasn't been without its hurdles—three weeks ago, we were caught in quite a storm. Dealing with soaked products and a damaged tent had me questioning if I wanted to keep going, but we’re not quitters! We’ve bounced back and have been back out in the Crozet and Ruckersville areas over the past few weeks.

The brightest spot of all, however, is our acceptance as a vetted member of MakeGood. This wonderful project connects makers like us with children in need of mobility trainers and devices that truly elevate their quality of life. We now have a dedicated page on our site for our current build. While we are currently accepting donations to cover the cost of filament and hardware, please know that we do not collect any profit for these projects; the real reward for us is the process of building these devices and the anticipation of delivering them to the families who need them.

If you’d like to help, you can donate directly via the links on our new project page. Please follow along with our progress on our Facebook page as we get started on the build!

Best,

John Cooley
